The following Terms and Conditions apply once you have purchased an event for yourself or your group or have been offered an event by Tour Dubai. This includes its subcontractors for transport and catering.

The Site may, from time to time, post additional terms and conditions or documents. These are expressly incorporated herein by reference. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason.
Consumption of food and beverages
As per UAE law, all food and beverages are halal. Our catering services will not include pork. It is forbidden to bring your own food/beverages to our venues.
The alcohol available at Tour Dubai is only for adults over 21 years of age. The staff at Tour Dubai may check your ID to ensure that you abide by the rules.
Medical Conditions, Food Restrictions, and Food Allergies
At the time of booking your event, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, allergies, or other medical conditions.
We offer vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, and other dietary options.Please inform our reservations team 48 hours before the event date of your dietary restrictions/medical conditions/allergies.
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, however there is no guarantee we will be able to do so.
In the event of extreme allergies or medical conditions, we reserve the right to request that you not attend the event. If we cannot accommodate your dietary restrictions, we may ask you to bring your own food.
Medical Assistance & Mobility
Tour Dubai has the right to provide you with emergency medical care, routine medical assistance, or transportation, if needed, through medical personnel of its choice. Please note providing such assistance, transportation, or services is not the duty of Tour Dubai.
A First Aid certified member of our staff will always be on site.
When making a booking, guests with mobility issues should inform us so that we can make any necessary arrangements and determine if we can accommodate their booking. It may be necessary to book a private vehicle based on the nature of the disability. Guests with disabilities may not be accepted by the tour company due to safety concerns. The camel ride and horseback ride must be undertaken at your own risk.
Pregnant women and people with health conditions such as heart disease and other medical conditions are not permitted to participate in desert safari.
Safety Concerns
The decision to participate in any activity is purely voluntary, and is made with full knowledge and understanding of the risks involved. During your tour, you agree to take all necessary precautions to ensure your own safety (including the use of seat belts, harnesses and/or flotation devices) and to obey all oral and written warnings regarding health and safety. If you fail to follow safety instructions or warnings, the Company is not liable.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Company's tour vehicles. It is illegal to possess alcohol inside any tourist vehicle inside the UAE, and guests who are found with alcohol on them will be required to return to their pick-up point and they will not be refunded.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Before the event date, all payments must be made in full. The payment can be made by credit card, electronic transfer, or cheque. When payment is not received in full, the company reserves the right to cancel the event. Pay online with your Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. All refunds will be made through the original method of payment.
There is no cancellation fee if cancellation is made before 24 hours of the tour time. If you cancel after 24 hours of the tour time, you will be charged 100%. If you fail to show up, you will not be refunded.
There will be a 100% cancellation fee for no-shows.Tour Dubai will not accept cancellations or amendments until they have been confirmed in writing. If you need to cancel at the last minute, it is strongly recommended that you have adequate travel insurance.
Personal Belongings
Throughout the event, you are solely responsible for your personal belongings. During the event, we cannot be held responsible for any belongings that may have been lost, stolen, or damaged.
Media Usage
While participating in any tour, other participants, the Company or its representatives may take images, photos or videos that contain or feature you. Moreover, you grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to the Company, its contractors, sub-contractors, and assigns in any medium whatsoever, whether known now or hereafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation to you.
Disclaimer of Liability
Tour Dubai accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death you or anyone else may suffer or incur in connection with the event and/or your reservation. It is recommended that you purchase travel and medical insurance before you travel. You are solely responsible for your personal effects during the event. Your purchase of your event affirms that you and/or your companions have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your booking with Tour Dubai shall be governed by the laws of UAE.
By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. You may not use this Site if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions.
