Emaar has confirmed a huge laser, light, and firework show on New Year's Eve, which will set a world record for the largest laser display.

Make sure you arrive early to avoid traffic blockades and road closures. It's best to arrive at the prime location by 6pm or earlier to get a comfortable spot with a great view as many tourists and residents will be gathered on the Dubai Mall Fountain deck, but if the Dubai Mall fountain deck is crowded, you can watch fireworks from the walkways around Dubai Water Canal.
